Jose has more than 10 years of experience in the IT industry and got his career started in his own Internet Cafe where he learned a plethora of skills he uses working as an ICT Support Specialist and Technical Consultant.

 

Having worked with some big companies like Telstra, Time Warner Cable, and Gilead Pharmaceuticals, Jose has adapted his skills to work with big enterprise while also diving deep into understanding the unique specifics of small and medium enterprises. Throughout his career, he has built trust with managers and developed good working relationships with his customers.

 

Jose is someone you can rely on when you need solutions to difficult situations and want to maintain positive customer rapport.  He communicates effectively and regularly demonstrates problem solving skills – if he’s not sure of an answer, you can be confident that he’ll obtain the training and upskilling required to deliver the solution.

 

During his spare time, Jose enjoys playing soccer and hitting the gym.
