Marcus is one of the founding partners and the driving force behind the success of Systemethix in NZ.

Over the last 16 years in the IT industry, Marcus has enjoyed working with a diverse range of clients in both the private and public sectors. In his previous roles with IBM Partners and IBM (of which 4 years were spent at IBM), Marcus has played critical roles designing, planning and deploying complex and large-scale technology solutions in Europe, New Zealand and Australia where he worked closely with business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and cultural backgrounds.

One of Marcus' strengths is his desire and ability to work on all facets of the project life-cycle, from the initial collaboration with the client to scope their true needs, to the design of the solution and planning the implementation through to the actual implementation, documentation, end-user training and follow up reviews and enhancements. "My role doesn't finish when the project is implemented. I am passionate about getting the job done properly and following up with customers to ensure that the deployed solution meets their operational requirements and needs. In so doing, I can gain the confidence of my clients and contribute to the organisation's success" Marcus said.

Marcus recently worked as pre-sales to design and develop a solution. He also led the implementation and successfully migrating the existing systems and applications. As a result of the successful delivery, Marcus created strong relationships throughout the organisation and acts as a trusted advisor for technology advice and assistance.

Marcus is adept at multi-tasking and has a proven track record of delivering simultaneous projects in multiple environments. Marcus is regularly called upon by customers to assist with the resolution of infrastructure related problems given his creative problem-solving skills, unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen. Marcus realises the importance of equipping customers with the right skills to manage their IT environment and to ensure continuous improvement. Marcus is an experienced trainer, who is passionate about developing the right materials for customers and blending his real-life experiences with his technical knowledge while teaching.
